More details and ticketing link to follow. Message From Bob Re: RV ParkingHi all again, Got several emails from people wondering why the large old RV area is off limits to most RVs. The property where we used to have RVs was bought only recently by us, and was not grandfathered in when we got our new permits, so we have to use that area as parking and therefore the space for large RVs is limited. Because of the number of folks wishing to have a spot for vans and pick-ups with canopies, we're going to try to save out an area that's fairly flat in the lower fields just for these people. This will be something new, so please bear with us as we work it out when you get here. We've also had requests last year from people wanting a large space next to them so they can put out chairs and camping gear next to their VW, basically taking up a complete parking space. Although we wish we could accommodate folks with that much extra room around their vehicles, because we are so limited on parking spaces, I'm sorry, we can give a bit extra but not a lot. So on the up side of things we are looking to try to designate a more flatter area for those folks who sleep in their vehicle. Just remember, around here even the flattest spots still seem to have a bit of sloop, so bring a few boards to level your vehicle with. Thanks, Bob Early Arrival to Horning's Hideout - July 17, 2008As usual, there will be early arrival allowed again this year starting at 4pm, July 17, 2008.
